Whilst The Lions Club of New Milton has a serious underlying purpose in life, our Members have a lot of fun at our meetings and in working within our local Community.  The Club has been in existance for almost 50 years and is a friendly club open to all aged over 25 years.  Read about us and give some though to joining us.


OUR MISSION

To empower volunteers to serve their communities, meet humanitarian needs, encourage peace and The Lions motto is ‘to serve’ our community and we do this by raising funds and giving freely of our time. Furthermore, every pound that we collect is a pound that will go to the causes we support because all administration costs are met from our own pockets or sponsorship. promote international understanding through Lions clubs.

The New Milton Lions Club meets every second and fourth Monday of the Month at 8:00 pm at the New Milton & District Rugby Club.

LIONS & CHRISTMAS

It has been customary in recent years for the Lions Club of New Milton to organise a parade to form the centrepiece of the New Milton Christmas Festival. 2019 was no exception. The chosen theme of this year’s parade was “Musicals”.  We chose the musical 'CATS'

LIONS & THE ARNEWOOD ACADEMY

The Lions Club of New Milton donated £500 to the Parent's Association of The Arnewood Academy to enable them to to kick-start a campaign to raise £10K to provide more IT equipment than can be afforded currently via the school's budgets.

25TH CHARITY GOLF DAY

The event was sponsored by Mortgage 4 You based in New Milton and Balmer Lawn Suzuki sponsored the Texas Scramble. Coupled with our community sponsors and some generous donations, the Club raised the amazing total of £4,753.00.
