Where there’s a need, there’s a Lion.
We support many local organisations and individuals in their efforts to improve and enhance our community, either through assistance or financial grants.
There are almost a thousand Lions Clubs across the United Kingdom.
All do valuable work in their own communities, but also join with other Clubs to provide assistance where needed.
Lions Clubs International is the largest service club organisation in the world. Our 1.4 million members in 46,000+ Clubs, perform valuable service in 210 countries
Our Current President
Lion Jeanne Jackson
"I am honoured to be the President especially as we approach the 100th Anniversary of the Founding of The Lions."
To empower volunteers to serve their communities, meet humanitarian needs, encourage peace and promote international understanding through Lions clubs.
The Lions motto is ‘to serve’ our community and we do this by raising funds and giving freely of our time. Furthermore, every pound that we collect is a pound that will go to the causes we support because all administration costs are met from our own pockets or sponsorship.
The New Milton Lions Club meets every second and fourth Monday of the Month at 8:00 pm at the New Milton & District Rugby Club.
Next Meetings on :-
Monday 13th August, 2018
Why not come along and meet us at The Rugby Club, Normans Way, Ashley at 7:45 p.m. You will be made very welcome.
This will be an Open Meeting, during which a Presentation will be made of a Cheque for £3,000 to The Motor Neurone Disease Association, resulting from the revent Lions Charity Golf Day.

1 Lions Clubs exist to serve others - it is not a business or professional network.
2 Members put others before themselves and promote high ethical standards without personal reward.
3 Self-respect and public reputation are at the heart of the Lions Club Code of Ethics alongside true friendship, citizenship and loyalty in word, action and deed.
